Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup vegan smoked salmon-style slices made from carrot or watermelon radish
  • ½ cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice cucumber into ½-inch rounds and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over each cucumber slice.
  • Top with a small piece of vegan smoked salmon substitute.
  • Garnish with extra dill and serve immediately or chilled.
