- 1 large cucumber sliced
- 1 cup vegan smoked salmon-style slices made from carrot or watermelon radish
- ½ cup vegan cream cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice

Slice cucumber into ½-inch rounds and set aside.
In a bowl, mix vegan cream cheese, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper until creamy.
Spread cream cheese mixture over each cucumber slice.
