Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups assorted fresh veggies carrots, cucumber, celery, bell peppers

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk vegan mayo and almond milk until smooth.
  • Stir in apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and parsley.
  • Add salt and pepper; mix well to combine.
  • Wash and cut fresh veggies into sticks or bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve the ranch sauce chilled alongside the veggie platter.
