Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon keto-friendly sweetener optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix coconut yogurt with vanilla and sweetener.
  • Layer half the yogurt into glasses or jars.
  • Add a layer of mixed berries and sprinkle half the nuts and chia seeds.
  • Repeat layering with remaining yogurt, berries, nuts, and chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for extra yum.
