- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add vegan chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
