Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan chicken thigh alternatives store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter garlic-infused if you're extra
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add vegan chicken thighs and season with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and paprika.
  • Cook for 5–7 minutes per side until lightly browned and crispy.
  • In the last few minutes, add vegan butter and minced garlic.
  • Spoon garlic butter over the thighs while cooking to infuse flavor.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve with a side salad or low-carb veggie. Or just eat it straight from the pan—we’re not judging.
