- 1 cup natural peanut butter smooth or crunchy
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ¼ cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
Mix peanut butter, half the coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
In another bowl, combine cocoa powder and remaining coconut oil.
Spoon chocolate mixture into molds, about one-third full; freeze 5 minutes.
Add peanut butter layer, then top with remaining chocolate mix.
Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
Pop out cups and store in the fridge.
