Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter smooth or crunchy
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol or preferred keto sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix peanut butter, half the coconut oil, sweetener, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine cocoa powder and remaining coconut oil.
  • Spoon chocolate mixture into molds, about one-third full; freeze 5 minutes.
  • Add peanut butter layer, then top with remaining chocolate mix.
  • Freeze 30 minutes or until firm.
  • Pop out cups and store in the fridge.
