Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • ½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips 85% cocoa or higher
  • 1 tsp coconut oil optional, for smooth melting

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
  • Dip each strawberry halfway into melted chocolate.
  • Place dipped berries on the parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
