Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut toasted
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener optional
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
  • Stir in sweetener and sea salt until smooth.
  • Fold in half the toasted coconut flakes.
  • Spread mixture evenly on parchment-lined tray.
  • Sprinkle remaining coconut on top.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy your keto-friendly snack.
