  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ranch dressing sugar-free
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Place seared chicken in a baking dish.
  • Spread ranch dressing evenly over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheese over the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
