Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 8 large lettuce leaves romaine or iceberg
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Shred chicken.
  • In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Arrange on a plate.
  • Fill each lettuce leaf with seasoned chicken, diced avocado, and tomatoes.
  • Top with shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
  • Serve immediately. Get ready to eat.
