- 1 cup vegan bacon bits
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp flaxseed meal mixed with 3 tbsp water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix flaxseed meal with water; let sit 5 minutes.
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add vegan cheddar, bacon bits, and flax egg to dry ingredients; mix well.
Form mixture into small balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
