- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
- 1 cup vegan cheddar-style cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
Combine broccoli, vegan cheese, almond flour, flaxseed, and spices in bowl.
Form mixture into 10 small bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Cool slightly before serving.
