Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups finely chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup vegan cheddar-style cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Combine broccoli, vegan cheese, almond flour, flaxseed, and spices in bowl.
  • Form mixture into 10 small bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Cool slightly before serving.
