- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin

- 8 large lettuce leaves romaine or butter lettuce work best
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup shredded cheese optional
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
