  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy-free tamari
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded green cabbage

Topping (Optional but fabulous):

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • ¼ cup crushed almonds or sunflower seeds
