- 1/2 block firm tofu about 200g, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Pinch black salt kala namak
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 slices tempeh bacon or coconut bacon
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegan mayo
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cherry tomatoes cucumber, or radish slices for crunch
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add crumbled tofu, turmeric, and black salt. Stir and sauté for 4–5 minutes.
In a separate pan, crisp up tempeh or coconut bacon for 2–3 minutes per side.
Mash avocado with lemon juice, vegan mayo, salt, and pepper to make a creamy dressing.
Toss salad greens with dressing in a large bowl.
Add tofu scramble and vegan bacon on top.
