  • 4 vegan egg substitutes or chickpea flour batter
  • 1/2 cup vegan smoky bacon bits
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Scoop out some avocado flesh to widen cavity.
  • Fill each avocado half with vegan egg substitute.
  • Sprinkle vegan bacon bits on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until egg substitute firms up.
