  • ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp keto-friendly sweetener like erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix almond butter and sweetener in a bowl until smooth.
  • Add shredded coconut, flaxseed meal, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt. Stir well.
  • Roll mixture into 12 equal-sized balls.
  • Chill in fridge for 20 minutes to firm up before serving.
