Instructions

  • Pour the brine: Carefully pour the hot mixture over the onions until they are fully submerged.
  • Cool and seal: Allow the jar to cool at room temperature before sealing and refrigerating.
  • Chill and serve: Let the onions marinate for at least one hour. Best flavor develops after 24 hours in the fridge.
