Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
  • Tortilla wraps – 4 large
  • Avocado – 1 medium sliced
  • Romaine lettuce – 2 cups shredded
  • Red onion – ½ cup thinly sliced
  • Tomato – 1 cup diced
  • Vegan honey mustard dressing – ¼ cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken strips until golden brown.
  • Warm tortillas lightly.
  • Spread vegan honey mustard dressing evenly.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, and cooked strips.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Roll wraps tightly.
  • Slice diagonally and serve fresh.
