Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz rice or wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegan honey substitute like agave syrup
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper; stir-fry 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Stir in noodles, soy sauce, and vegan honey; toss to coat evenly.
  • Add chili flakes if desired; cook 1–2 more minutes.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
