- 8 oz rice or wheat noodles
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup snow peas or snap peas
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water to loosen sauce if needed
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions for garnish
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir-fry broccoli, bell peppers, and peas for 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and water in a small bowl.
Toss noodles and vegetables with the sauce until well coated.
