Ingredients
  

  • Vegan turkey-style mince soy or pea protein: 450 g
  • Rolled oats: ½ cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk: ½ cup
  • Onion finely diced: ½ cup
  • Garlic minced: 1½ tsp
  • Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  • Smoked paprika: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ¾ tsp
  • Dried oregano: ½ tsp
  • Ground flaxseed: 1 tbsp
  • Water: 3 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and grease the loaf pan lightly with oil.
  • Mix flaxseed and water, rest five minutes until thick and binding.
  • Combine mince, oats, onion, garlic, milk, flax mixture, spices, and soy sauce evenly.
  • Transfer mixture into loaf pan and press firmly for clean slices later.
  • Spread tomato paste across the top for moisture and color.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, rest five minutes, then slice and serve.
