- Warm water — ½ cup

Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and warm water (½ cup) to a mixing bowl.
Stir in olive oil (2 tablespoons).
Add whole wheat flour (1½ cups) and protein powder (½ cup).
Mix until soft dough forms.
Add salt (1 teaspoon) and knead briefly.
Divide dough into 6 portions.
Roll each portion into thin circles.
Heat skillet over medium heat.
