Ingredients
  

  • Sourdough starter — 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour — 1½ cups
  • Plant protein powder — ½ cup
  • Warm water — ½ cup
  • Olive oil — 2 tablespoons
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Add sourdough starter (1 cup) and warm water (½ cup) to a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in olive oil (2 tablespoons).
  • Add whole wheat flour (1½ cups) and protein powder (½ cup).
  • Mix until soft dough forms.
  • Add salt (1 teaspoon) and knead briefly.
  • Divide dough into 6 portions.
  • Roll each portion into thin circles.
  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook flatbread 2 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve warm.
