Ingredients

Taco Assembly

  • 6 low carb tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat until warm.

  • Warm tortillas briefly until soft and flexible.
  • Fill tortillas with chicken, then layer lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.

Notes

Cook longer for crisp edges or keep slightly moist for softer texture. Avoid overfilling to prevent tearing. Customize toppings for spice or freshness. Store filling separately up to three days. Reheat in skillet for best texture. Not suitable for freezing assembled tacos.
