Ingredients
  

Dressing Base

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Flavor Additions

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped herbs

Instructions
 

  • Add Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon juice to a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  • Add herbs and mix until evenly distributed and slightly thick.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning or thickness with a splash of water if needed.
  • Chill briefly for best flavor, then drizzle over chicken salad.

Notes

For thicker texture, use full-fat yogurt; thin with water for lighter consistency. Chill before serving for better flavor. Customize with spices or herbs. Store in fridge up to five days. Do not freeze as texture may separate.
