Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp butter or oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Add eggs, milk, and protein powder into bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth.
  • Add cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  • Heat pan over medium heat.
  • Add butter or oil.
  • Dip bread slices into mixture, coating both sides.
  • Place slices onto pan.
  • Cook each side for 2–3 minutes until golden.
  • Remove and serve warm.
