- Garlic minced: 3 cloves
- Ginger grated: 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Bell peppers sliced: 2 cups
- Broccoli florets: 1 cup
- Carrots sliced: 1 cup
- Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon
- Water: 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon
Heat olive oil in a wok, then sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add 500g beef strips, cook quickly over high heat until browned and just cooked through.
Remove beef briefly, then stir-fry bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for five minutes until crisp-tender.
Return beef to wok, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey, mixing everything evenly.
Stir cornstarch with water, pour into wok, and cook until sauce thickens and coats everything well.
