Ingredients
  

  • Beef strips lean: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Ginger grated: 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Bell peppers sliced: 2 cups
  • Broccoli florets: 1 cup
  • Carrots sliced: 1 cup
  • Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon
  • Water: 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a wok, then sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant and slightly golden.
  • Add 500g beef strips, cook quickly over high heat until browned and just cooked through.
  • Remove beef briefly, then stir-fry bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots for five minutes until crisp-tender.
  • Return beef to wok, then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey, mixing everything evenly.
  • Stir cornstarch with water, pour into wok, and cook until sauce thickens and coats everything well.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
