  • Ground beef lean, 90%: 500g
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Onion chopped: 1 large
  • Garlic minced: 4 cloves
  • Red kidney beans drained: 1 can (400g)
  • Black beans drained: 1 can (400g)
  • Crushed tomatoes: 2 cups
  • Tomato paste: 2 tablespoons
  • Beef broth: 1 cup
  • Chili powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cumin: 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot, then sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft and aromatic.
  • Add 500g ground beef, cook thoroughly while breaking pieces until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, coating meat evenly with spices.
  • Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, kidney beans, and black beans, then mix well.
  • Simmer mixture for 25–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, rich, and deeply flavored.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot.
