- 1½ cups whole-wheat flour
- ½ cup plant protein powder vanilla or unflavored
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond milk
Preheat oven.
Grease loaf pan.
Mash bananas completely.
Add sugar.
Add oil.
Mix smooth.
Add almond milk.
Add vanilla.
Whisk lightly.
Add flour.
Add protein powder.
Add baking powder.
Add baking soda.
Add cinnamon.
Add salt.
Fold gently.
Pour batter.
Smooth top.
Bake fifty-five minutes.
Cool, slice, enjoy.
