Ingredients
Boneless turkey breast
about 2-3 lbs: 1
Olive oil: 2 tbsp
Fresh rosemary: 2 tbsp
Fresh thyme: 2 tbsp
Garlic
minced: 3 cloves
Salt: 1 tsp
Black pepper: ½ tsp
Lemon
sliced: 1
Onion
quartered: 1 medium
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub turkey breast with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place the turkey breast on a roasting pan and surround with lemon slices and onion quarters.
Roast for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve.
