Ingredients
  

  • Boneless turkey breast about 2-3 lbs: 1
  • Olive oil: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh rosemary: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh thyme: 2 tbsp
  • Garlic minced: 3 cloves
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: ½ tsp
  • Lemon sliced: 1
  • Onion quartered: 1 medium

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rub turkey breast with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the turkey breast on a roasting pan and surround with lemon slices and onion quarters.
  • Roast for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve.
