Ingredients
  

Energy Ball Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Optional Coating

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, and chocolate chips until the mixture becomes thick and evenly blended.
  • Chill the bowl for fifteen minutes so the mixture firms and rolls smoothly.
  • Use a scoop to portion evenly, then roll gently into compact balls.
  • Coat with shredded coconut if desired and place on a tray.
  • Refrigerate until firm or freeze for longer storage before serving.

Notes

For softer bites, add extra almond butter. For firmer texture, increase oats slightly. Freeze in a sealed container for up to three months. Chill before assembly if sticky. Customize flavors with cocoa, cinnamon, or dried fruit. Store refrigerated for one week.
