Ingredients
  

Fat Bomb Base

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup almond butter smooth
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add coconut oil and almond butter, then whisk until creamy.
  • Mix in sweetener, cocoa powder, and vanilla. Stir well so the texture stays silky and evenly blended.
  • Scoop the mixture into silicone molds or onto a lined tray. Smooth the tops for neat shapes.
  • Freeze until firm, then unmold carefully. Serve chilled for the best texture and richest flavor.

Notes

Freeze longer for firmer bites or thaw briefly for a softer texture. Keep the mixture cool during assembly for easier handling. Add cinnamon, peanut butter, or citrus zest for flavor customization. Store refrigerated for one week or frozen for up to three months in an airtight container.
