Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Bowl

  • 2 cups cottage cheese low fat
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries washed
  • 0.25 cup granola for crunch
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to a mixing bowl and stir until creamy and smooth.
  • Prepare blueberries and measure the remaining toppings.
  • Divide cottage cheese evenly among serving bowls.
  • Top each bowl with blueberries, granola, and chia seeds for contrasting textures.
  • Drizzle honey over the bowls and serve immediately.
  • Store leftovers in airtight containers and stir before enjoying again.

Notes

Stir well for a softer texture or chill longer for a firmer bite. Freeze only in airtight containers because texture changes slightly after thawing. Add toppings just before serving to keep them crisp. Customize flavors with fruit, nuts, seeds, or spices. Store refrigerated for up to four days.
