Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven and line a tray. Mix ground chicken with breadcrumbs, egg, and seasoning until slightly sticky but not wet.
  • Shape mixture into small portions. Keep size even for consistent cooking and better texture.
  • Cook in skillet or oven until golden outside and fully cooked inside. Look for firm texture and light browning.
  • Simmer sauce separately until slightly thick. Toss cooked chicken pieces gently to coat evenly.
  • Let rest briefly before serving. This helps juices settle and improves texture.

Notes

For softer texture, avoid overmixing and add a splash of milk. For crispier results, cook longer at higher heat. Freeze uncooked portions for quick meals later.
