- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- Capers – 2 tbsp drained
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Pat vegan whitefish fillets dry.
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush marinade generously over fillets; let rest 8 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high; oil grates lightly.
Grill fillets 6–7 minutes per side until golden with light char.
