- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar – 1 tbsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Ginger grated – 1 tsp
- Lime juice – 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
- Sesame seeds – 1 tsp toasted
- Green onions – 2 tbsp sliced
Pat vegan tuna steaks dry with a paper towel.
