- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Lemon zest – 1 tsp
- Garlic minced – 2 cloves
- Fresh dill – 1 tsp chopped
- Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Pat vegan halibut fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Brush fillets with marinade and let rest 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high; lightly oil grates.
