- 3 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup roasted nuts or seeds

- 1 tsp dried or fresh herbs thyme, parsley, oregano

Grill vegan chicken strips until lightly charred and smoky.
