- 1 cup firm tofu thick slices (vegan chicken swap)
- ½ cup sliced bell peppers
- ½ cup zucchini slices
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic paste
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, garlic paste, pepper, and salt.
Coat tofu slices in the marinade.
Heat a grill pan.
Grill tofu 4 minutes per side.
Grill bell peppers and zucchini 3 minutes.
Assemble everything on a plate.
Drizzle lemon juice.
