- 4 slices vegan turkey deli-style
- ½ cup vegan cheddar or provolone cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt

For Serving:

Heat skillet over medium heat.
Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice buttered side down on the skillet.

Top with the second slice, buttered side up.
