Ingredients
  

For the Sandwich:

  • 4 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread
  • 4 slices vegan turkey deli-style
  • ½ cup vegan cheddar or provolone cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard optional but life-changing

For Serving:

  • Tomato soup or crispy fries

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place one slice buttered side down on the skillet.
  • Layer cheese, vegan turkey slices, and mustard.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the filling.
  • Top with the second slice, buttered side up.
  • Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and melted.
  • Press lightly with spatula for that perfect crunch.
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Slice diagonally and enjoy your masterpiece.
