- 4 –5 pickle slices dill or bread-and-butter
- 1 tablespoon vegan butter or olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of salt
Optional Add-ons:
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Heat skillet over medium heat.
Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
Place one slice buttered side down on the skillet.
Layer cheese evenly across the bread.
Add pickles over the cheese and sprinkle pepper.
