Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sourdough or multigrain bread
  • ½ cup vegan brie or cheddar shredded
  • ½ ripe pear thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegan honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dash of cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium heat.
  • Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Lay two slices buttered side down in skillet.
  • Add half the vegan cheese evenly on top.
  • Arrange pear slices over the cheese.
  • Drizzle with vegan honey and sprinkle cinnamon if using.
  • Add remaining cheese and top with second bread slice.
  • Grill each side for 3–4 minutes until golden and melty.
  • Press with spatula for crispy edges.
  • Slice diagonally and serve warm with smug satisfaction.
