Ingredients
  

  • Vegan chicken strips – 10 oz
  • Flatbreads – 4
  • Cucumber – ½ cup diced
  • Tomato – 1 cup chopped
  • Red onion – ½ cup thinly sliced
  • Romaine lettuce – 2 cups shredded
  • Dairy-free tzatziki sauce – ½ cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp
  • Dried oregano – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill pan with olive oil.
  • Cook vegan chicken strips until golden.
  • Mix cucumber, tomato, onion, and oregano in bowl.
  • Warm flatbreads lightly.
  • Spread tzatziki evenly on each.
  • Add lettuce, grilled strips, and veggie mix.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Fold wraps tightly and serve.
