- Tomato – 1 cup chopped
- Red onion – ½ cup thinly sliced
- Romaine lettuce – 2 cups shredded
- Dairy-free tzatziki sauce – ½ cup
- Olive oil – 1 tsp
- Dried oregano – ½ tsp
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
