Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup firm tofu cubes (vegan chicken swap)
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic paste, paprika, pepper, and salt.
  • Add tofu cubes and coat well.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan.
  • Grill tofu 3–4 minutes per side.
  • Add bell peppers and cook 2 minutes.
  • Plate grilled tofu with tomatoes and cucumbers.
  • Sprinkle parsley.
  • Serve your Greek Chicken—flavor-packed, fresh, and completely chicken-free.
