  • 4 cups fresh or frozen green beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese gluten-free
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can 10.5 oz gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup gluten-free crispy fried onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Set to 350°F (175°C).
  • Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in beans: Add green beans and half the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixture.
  • Transfer to baking dish: Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Top with cheese and onions: Sprinkle remaining cheese and gluten-free fried onions on top.
  • Bake: Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
