Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle white wine 750ml
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup ginger liqueur or ginger beer
  • 1/4 cup brandy
  • 2 medium apples thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or ginger ale

Instructions
 

  • Pour the white wine into a large pitcher or bowl.
  • Stir in the caramel sauce until well combined.
  • Add the ginger liqueur (or ginger beer) and brandy for a spicy edge.
  • Thinly slice the apples and add them to the pitcher.
  • Stir in lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and grated ginger.
  • Add sparkling water or ginger ale for some fizz.
  • Let the sangria chill for 1-2 hours to develop the flavors.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your gingery, caramel-y concoction.
