- Vegan butter – 3 tbsp melted
- Garlic minced – 3 cloves
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- Thyme – 1 tsp chopped
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
Pat vegan trout fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, mix melted vegan butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Brush both sides of fillets generously with garlic butter mixture.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; oil grates lightly to prevent sticking.
Place fillets skin-side down; cook 6–7 minutes.
