Ingredients
  

  • Vegan trout fillets soy or jackfruit-based – 4 (about 6 oz each)
  • Vegan butter – 3 tbsp melted
  • Garlic minced – 3 cloves
  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
  • Thyme – 1 tsp chopped
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

Instructions
 

  • Pat vegan trout fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, mix melted vegan butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush both sides of fillets generously with garlic butter mixture.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat; oil grates lightly to prevent sticking.
  • Place fillets skin-side down; cook 6–7 minutes.
  • Flip gently with tongs; grill another 6–7 minutes until golden and tender.
  • Brush with leftover garlic butter during last minute for rich flavor.
  • Remove, rest 2 minutes, and serve hot with extra herbs.
