Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz firm tofu drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • ½ cup diced bell pepper
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms, cook 4 minutes.
  • Crumble firm tofu into skillet using a spoon.
  • Add turmeric, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook mixture 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in nutritional yeast.
  • Sprinkle green onions before serving.
