Energy Ball Base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Optional Coating

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Combine oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips until the mixture feels thick and evenly blended.
  • Refrigerate for fifteen minutes so the mixture firms and rolls easily.
  • Scoop small portions and roll gently into smooth balls with your hands.
  • Coat with coconut if desired and place on a tray in a single layer.
  • Chill until firm, then serve or freeze for later snacking.

Notes

For softer bites, add extra peanut butter. For firmer texture, mix in more oats. Freeze in a sealed container for up to three months. Chill before rolling if sticky. Try cinnamon, cocoa, or dried fruit for variety. Store refrigerated for one week.
