Protein Bar Mixture

  • 2 cups rolled oats old fashioned
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder favorite brand
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup milk any variety
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats, protein powder, peanut butter, honey, and milk until a thick mixture forms.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake until lightly golden with soft centers and slightly crisp edges.
  • Cool completely, then chill briefly for easier slicing and neat assembly.
  • Slice into bars and enjoy immediately or store for meal prep.

Notes

For softer bars bake less, while longer baking creates crispier edges. Freeze wrapped bars for up to three months. Chill before slicing for cleaner shapes. Try cinnamon, nuts, or dried fruit for flavor changes. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for best freshness.
