Ingredients
  

Fat Bomb Mixture

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 3 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy. Stir in coconut oil, sweetener, cocoa, and vanilla.
  • Mix until silky with no lumps remaining. Scrape the bowl so the texture stays creamy and even.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or scoop onto a lined tray. Smooth the tops if desired.
  • Freeze until firm, then remove carefully and serve. Keep chilled for the best texture and shape.

Notes

Freeze longer for firmer bites or thaw briefly for a softer texture. Keep molds level during assembly to prevent uneven shapes. Add cinnamon, peanut butter, or lemon zest for flavor variety. Store refrigerated for one week or freeze for three months in an airtight container.
